02How we work
A clear method, from the first meeting.
Every project follows the same four stages, so you always know where we are and what comes next.
-
01
Diagnosis
We listen, review your information and map the current operation to understand the real problem, not just its symptoms.
-
02
Plan
We define priorities, deliverables and a realistic roadmap, agreed with you before any work begins.
-
03
Implementation
We work alongside your team to put the plan into practice: processes, tools and new routines.
-
04
Follow-up
We review results, adjust what is needed and make sure the changes hold over time.

Bilingual and bicultural
We work in English and Spanish and understand how business operates in Latin America and in the United States: the habits, the expectations and the practicalities on both sides.
-
Practical, not just a report
We don’t hand over a diagnosis and leave. We stay to implement the recommendations with your team until they become part of daily operations.
-
Lean and remote
A light, remote structure lets us work with companies across the region at a more accessible cost than a large consulting firm.
Our goal is simple: that you finish each stage with a company that works better than before.

04FAQ
Questions we often hear.
If you don’t find your answer here, write to us and we’ll get back to you.
What happens in the first meeting?
It is a 30-minute video call, free and with no commitment. We ask about your company, your current situation and what you would like to change. If we see a good fit, we suggest next steps and send you a proposal with a defined scope.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We work mainly remotely, through video calls and shared tools, which allows us to support companies in different countries. When a project requires it, on-site visits can be arranged.
Which countries do you work in?
We work with companies in the United States and across Latin America, in English or Spanish. For expansion projects, we support Latin American companies setting up operations in the US.
What size of company do you usually work with?
Mostly small and mid-sized companies: businesses that have grown past the stage where everything depends on the owner and now need structure, planning and tools to keep growing.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A focused diagnosis is shorter; a full reorganization or an expansion project with implementation takes longer. After the first meeting we share an estimated timeline for your specific case.
Do you provide legal, tax or accounting advice?
No. We are management consultants. When a project involves legal, tax or accounting matters, we coordinate with licensed professionals in each country.
